Why hello there! I am bored and wanting to improve my writing skills so here I am! All I've known as being a vampire is that no matter who raised you, who teaches you, who you love, you get that by chance. By fate if you believe in that stuff. I'm a firm believer in fate. After all my sister and I wouldn't have lived if our master hadn't taken us in and raised us as his own. If it hadn't been for my older sister disobeying our master and going out I would have never met Larten Crepsley. The by chance that changed my life.

Many people read my previous fanfiction Like the First Time (a Darren Shan Love Story). I was really proud of how many reads I got but I wrote it over a year ago and my writing skill has improved a lot since then so here is the edited version. Hope you enjoy!

A compilation of the events that happened within welcometomylair's Cirque Du Freak fanfiction, The Lying Saga. With her permission I expanded upon the events that were mentioned in passing withing the prologue of her story. There are four scenes, plus an extra one that I wrote as an afterthought.

With becoming Kurda's assistant, becoming a vampire, loosing Gavner who she loved, loosing Kurda who she loved with all her heart and marrying her true love she didn't think her adventure could get any bigger and more dangerous. But in this next chapter boy was she wrong.

You are a 15 year old girl, that was casually walking around town at midnigth when something catches your eye ,a certain man in a dark alley handing out fliers. slowly Fixing this crappy story and trying to make it gender neutral

On the journey are Darren Shan, two of the Little People, and Mr. Crepsley; they also run into Mr. Crepsley's old friend, Gavner Purl in a way station. The way station is a place where vampires rest while ascending the treacherous path to Vampire Mountain , where Darren and Mr. Crepsley see two broken coffins and vampire blood. Here Gavner Purl jokingly tries to kidnap Darren in the waystation and surprise the party. Mr. Crepsley, alert and unknowing of the man's identity nearly kills Gavner.

Larten is very exhausted from trying to hunt down Murlough who is threatening his hometown. Larten begins to neglect himself, but a stormy night prevents him from going out, allowing him to take care of his personal needs. He relaxes and explores his body.

In their first life, they were best friends. This was the life of war. In the second, they became heroes. This was a life of superpowers. In the third, they were enemies. This was a life of crime. No matter where they were, they always seemed to find each other again. Note: also posted on Archive of Our Own.

The Cirque du Freak just stumbled upon the small town of OakenShire, and the townspeople are buzzing with excitement to see a freak show for the first time ever. OakenShire is just a small town just past the secluded area through the Wanderers Woods, a forest of many legends caused by disappearances of travelers who have gone astray in the forest while on their journeys. The only travelers who have made it through the forest and lived to tell the tale are the Cirque's Troupe. (This is not based on, or a fanfiction of Cirque du Freak The Vampire's Assistant. I love that movie, but this is not affiliated with it in any way apart from the name of the group.)
