Alex lives in New York. He doesn't want to move to L.A, but when he does, he meets his YouTube idols; the Dolan Twins. After a seemingly benign injury, he can judge people's moods instantly and has awesome motor skills. But because of a botched injection, his genes mutate and his brain starts to deteriorate. "Pray, son. Pray to the Lord Almighty and make as many wishes as you can. You have a year if you're lucky." Alex enters depression soon after, but a golden opportunity appears. That opportunity may be enough to save him. It's either that or a medical miracle. But those never happen, do they?
