You have your heroes, those who protect the civilians, the civilians themselves, and then the villains, those who just love to use their powers to cause mischief and mayhem. I kind of got this idea from BNHA/MHA.

After reading NHS Kai (I'm still reading it by the way) I decided to write a fanfic of fanfic about the civilian point of View more specifically the Tourists point of view about being stuck in the New World stuck in a foreign country where it's hard for them to understand the locals. Hoping their respective embassy represents them.

She was gonna kill a vigilante when she started to understand them. What she was doing was bad. She wanted to go back, but you cant go back once you killed someone.
