Clary doesn't want to go back to New York, but when the Clave summons her there to keep her under observation for unknown reasons, she has no choice but to leave her home in Los Angeles - unless she wants to stay in the Silent City, instead. And with her daughter on her arm, her only reason for living anymore, she has no choice but to comply.

What if Clary was raised by Valentine? Clarissa Morgenstern lost her mother after she was born. She lived in an abandoned cottage in Berlin, Germany with her father and brother. This takes place in January of 2007. But what happens when an a attack on Idris doesn't go right and Clary is sperated from her brother and she is rescued by the handsome Jace Herondale? This story is rated PG-13 for violence and language. DISCLAIMER: I do not own the charcters of the Mortal Instruments, they are owned by Cassandra Clare. But, I do own the storyline.

Clary is getting tired of everyone. She is becoming distant from everyone but one person. She is having to watch her back while her nightmares lurch the street. Can Clary keep what she has with Jace going, or will the heavenly fire have a grip o their relationship? What is Clary going to do? She wants to finish this once and for all, but there is only one way to do it. Can Clary save the ones she loves and kill her brother? But she happens to run so far that she meets the arrogant and cocky, Jace Wayland. Jace takes Clary in, and helps her try to figure out what happened to her mother. In Clary's journey to find her mother, she finds friendship, hope, betrayal, love and heartbreak.

Jace mysteriously is found dead at the entrance to the institute. Clary is so upset. What happens when he mysteriously comes back 7 months later. This time he is different. Will his friends and families bonds be the same? Or will they be better and stronger than ever? Years later jace and Clary start a family, what happens when someone threatens their family? Takes place before lady midnight and before and during tales from shadowhunter academy if that makes any sense at all I do not own any of the characters except for some of the new ones everything else goes to Cassandra Claire. This is a fanfick based off of Cassandra Clare's best selling series "The Mortal Instruments." I have recently finished the finale book in the series "City of Heavenly Fire,"an loved how many emotions her books made me feel. All credit of Character, plot, ect belong to the amazing Cassandra Clare. I'm going to do my absolute best I can to stay true to the characters. *Spoilers* If you have not read "City Of Heavenly Fire" yet I highly suggest you read that in advanced to reading this fanfick.I have started reading "The Infernal devices" now that I've finished TMI and can not wait to read "The Dark Artifices." This is not some Jace cheating on Clary bullshit because we all know how unrealistic that is and he would never do that. This is going to be a more or less continuation of City of Heavenly Fire I would say. There's not going to be a wedding like a snap of the fingers. Mostly its for those whom read all the books and wanted more. I love the ending of the finale book, but I wanted to experiment a little more. Simon gaining memories back, Clary growing, finding her parabatai, and much more.
