Claire knows she's not normal. For starters, she can brighten up a room with the blink of an eye. And people always say that the sun shines brighter when she's outside. Turns out that Claire is descended from a long line of mythical creatures called "Sunbeams" - but how would she know, since she's lived in an orphanage her whole life. Claire must learn to adapt to the world of the Sunbeams, for she might be their only hope.
