A crime ring and terrorist group composed of three females, who refer to themselves as Hacker, have sprouted in New York City. Normally, a crime ring isn't very surprising, but this group's alterior motive may let out a lot of secrets and put many lives at stake. A 'special' agent is called in to bring an end to their tirade. But who will win this game of skill, chance and clairvoyance?
