SO! this story is about Kiyomi, a young girl that lived in Japan but moved to America at a young age. Kiyomi has a water-based quirk in which she can manipulate water, its temperature, as well as absorb water into her body to add mass to her own body. So if she was to absorbs a small body of water, her body is able to grow along with the water. Anyway's I don't know how to write descriptions, so read if you're interested.
