In this alternative setting of Shakespeare's most beloved tragedy, Hamlet attempts to cope with the death of his father, the remarrying of his mother to his uncle, and the hideous gossip of his hometown. When he is visited by his father's ghost, he is overcome with revenge and insanity. His father's plea for justice will be his own undoing.

Hamlet is many things, but stupid is not one of them. Horatio wishes he could do more than watch his friend, the man he loves, destroy himself. This is a more detailed look at Act 5 scene 2 of Hamlet with a focus on the perspective and emotions of Horatio. There is some subtle hamlet/horatio if you squint, but what can i say? I'm a sucker for my favorite tragic danish boyfriends. I may add more to this this eventually, but I think I'll mark it as complete for now. This is my first published story since 7th grade, (I know, right?) so please give me your thoughts on it!

After minor revolts and escalated tensions within the Hebrew community in Rome, Emperor Claudius, in agreement with the Senate, decreed that all Hebrews were banned from the Imperial capital. This move was aimed to reduce the influence of the Hebraic people throughout the Empire... well it didn't happen as Claudius intended.

This is my take on Hamlet, by Shakespeare. I've taken the story, and written it from the perspective of Claudius (Hamlet's Uncle.) Enjoy.

Upon graduating high school and moving to a new district, Erazzias Cherinae is all on her own. One day when a severe cocoa craving strikes, she stumbles across a magic shoppe and is thrown into a strange world of spirits, incubus, shapeshifters, and tons of other creatures she never knew existed, without even getting her cocoa. The underage owner of the shoppe and her cat companion know things far behind their years, and always seem to be up to something; something that normally ends badly for Erazzias. Era would never be able to imagine what her new boss has in store for her, and who- no, WHAT- would try to offer her a better occupation.

The Memoirs of Herod Agrippa II - Plot summary This is the story of Herod Agrippa II, son of Herod Agrippa I and great-grandson of Herod the Great, a story that includes such figures as Augustus, Pompey, Cleopatra, Jesus (who story appears only as background events) Herod the Great, Pontius Pilate, The emperors Claudius (born on the same day as Agrippa I), Tiberius, Nero, Caligula and Titus, son of Vespasian, Messalina, Agrippina, etc. It includes the Roman civil wars, the fall of Jerusalem and the year of the four emperors among many others. The story follows the ups and downs of Agrippa's life. When Titus attached Jerusalem he was still in the middle, forced to send archers to help the siege against his own compatriots. He was there to witness the fall of the city, standing on Scopus a hill opposite the city. He then went to Rome for a time, was made a praetor and helped Josephus write his famous history, a skill he had learned form Claudius. He then returned to the desolate Jerusalem where he died in his old palace which was falling into ruins like the city around it as his co-religionists began fermenting yet another rebellion against Rome.
