Years have passed since Emma, Rikki, and Cleo have last seen each other. They have moved on from the time they had together in the Gold Coast to pursue careers and families. When each of their daughters is 16, something-- perhaps magic-- brings them all back to the town in which they grew up. Emma, Rikki, and Cleo are now forced to face each other again and work through the past that resulted in their separation for the sake of their girls while also keeping their biggest secret from their own children. Cleo Sertori Cleo Sertori grew up in a family that consisted of herself, her father Donald sertori, her mother Bev Sertori, and her younger sister kim. Don is a successful fisherman and owns three fishing boats and can employ others into his service. While Don tends to work a lot at the harbor, Cleo's mother stays home at as a housewife. Cleo claimed that she had known lewis Mccartney they were five years old and never once had she seen him get angry or frustrated. Later on, she met Emma and the two of them became good friends. While her birthday parties seemed fun at first, Cleo came to despise them as she got older, because her father and sister insisted on giving her childish parties. The two knew each other well enough where Cleo knows that Emma is always prepared and Emma knows that she is tone deaf. In one episode, Rikki describes her and Emma as having "The Perfect Families" but Cleo quickly protests.

Cleo has a cousin that lives in America. They haven't seen each other in soooooo long. Since they were very little and Percy's mum married that horrid man Gabe. Finally, they are reunited when Aunt Sally decides it will be good to see Cleo and Kim along with their father. Percy has only 2 mortal cousins, one of which he has never met but is the younger sister of his other, Cleo. He cannot remember a lot about her, only that she lives in Australia by the coast and her dad is his mom's brother. When Sally decides Percy, Paul, their few-months-old baby and herself should go visit her brother, will both Cleo and Percy keep their secrets?

Rikki wanted to replace Heather from Linda into Cindy, because she thinks that she doesn't love her and is her worst friend of all time, so she took a picture of Linda and Cindy. But, Heather said that she loves Linda and her best friend of all time.

"Every little thing seemed to bear a resemblance to the girl, whether it be the pool water which matched the blue of her eyes, or the painting of red roses in Emma's house which reminded her of Rikki's soft lips.
