Historias de Cliches

There are a lot of tropes like the Token Gal and really hilarious cliches like Clumsy unless in Combat.And I want to discuss them here with you. Now there is nothing wrong with cliches and tropes, mostly because they're unavoidable. It's when you use them all the time or in the worng way. Like "True Love's Kiss", "The Five Man Band", magic systems, and so on.

Dark, dark and darker... We all know the typical story of romance. The good girl falls for the bad boy, the underdog girl get's the jock, the nerd gets the most popular girl, homecoming and prom romance. It's so enticing, but...at the same time... Don't we all need a little bit of excitement in our lives? Something new? Out of the ordinary? That's what this story is... Something new, and unexpected. It takes one to make cliche, it takes two to live it out, it takes one to choose to be themselves, it takes two to be separated. Exclusion... Delusion... A nobody that doesn't want to be a cliche.

Jane Terria would be your average girl if, she wasn't abused, if she didn't cut, if she wasn't bullied. But then again, isn't everyone like this in some way? Open your eyes and find out Jane's story.

I'm a hypocrite in several of these rants so I changed the title from "Cliches of Wattpad" to "A Hypocrite's Guide to Not Sounding Hypocritical" because I am and always will be a hypocrite. So yeah. Rants. Literally all that this is. Rants about the stupidest cliches I have seen and or heard of.

So, basically, my brother and I were mocking a multitude of cliche stories and tropes, and decided to have a bit of fun with them. Every two chapters will be of a different cliche/trope in different styles by the two of us and will be updated at the end of every month. To make it interesting (and to keep from killing ourselves for what we're writing) we've made a game of bingo out of it. On top of that, you, the lovely people, will be a judge to our stories. We will not say who wrote what, and it is up to you to comment which was your favorite out of the two.
