Follow the lives of young survivor Aaron as he watches in horror as his encampment and others are destroyed by looters and zombies. How does a boy survive in such a cruel and unforgiving environment? Screams can be heard from everywhere. Gunshots. Was this a fraction of my imagination? Suddenly, the screams next to me and constant shaking jolted me awake. I saw the frantic look on my mother's face and my scared sister behind. The tent was lit dimly by what I think was the blaze that was set alit outside. I would rather not know of what was to greet me outside. I quickly followed my mother out of the tent and was immediately dismayed or rather, shattered to see that our home that we've spent over 2 years building was ravaged. There was no time to stand around and admire the destruction.

After the events of salt lake Shawn, Joel, and Ellie return to Jackson. A couple years later, the unknown truth becomes the know truth. And old problems come back with a lot more new ones (A/n: yeah I know I stole the name from uncharted)

many different people view life's differently. that's what adelaide didn't understand is how some people pick love and some pick torment. but as her world crashes down she finally finds she has that choice but suddenly she understands why people pick torment. she doesn't know what to choose and which is best for her. ellie only knows one thing, torment. people come then they leave so why should she become attached but after almost loosing joel it pushes her off the edge and she finds herself wanting to shut new people out. but she realises just like when she was fourteen that this isn't the way life works but how will she react? what will their souls choose. wlw
