Marie Albright lives and breathes rock and roll. If she's not blaring the Runaways or AC/DC in her room, then you can find her over at Mick's Records, sifting through anything rock, punk, or power pop. Any record she can get her hands on and sing along to. After a not-so-stellar debut, up-and-coming rock singer Marie Albright (going by the stage name Marie Quinn) meets a man who could show her the ways of rock and roll. He lends a helping hand on her quest to become the star she believes she's destined to be. As she learns to manage her anxious tendencies, gain self-confidence, and write her first song, the fangirl at heart can't help but find herself drawn to him.
