Hideki was a top player back then but hr had already quitted the game long ago, due to the game being unbalanced after a certain update. Now, he has no other means of paying his debts in school fees other than competing in the Qualos: Online tournament. But his opponents are the other players who are also aiming for the top. The top players, who wants to keep their spots away from those who are climbing. An old friend of his, now turned rival. A girl who is practically a newbie, and a guild who has a deeper and darker objective in the game. And also, a guy with a gibberish name which is a hassle to write. Will his Qualos: Online knowledge be enough for him to climb back and win the top spot?
