Ok so the queen made Jace and Clary kiss in front of Simon. So Simon broke up with Clary but you can't tell me she let it go with just a sniffle. Thr life of a shadowhunter never stops but every girl should get a diva break up moment. Clary didn't get hers so I made her one with parties at Magnus', getting drunk, ice cream, Star Wars and JACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What if it was Isabelle that Clary met first? What if it was Isabelle that found Clary after she killed the Ravenor demon? What if it was Isabelle that Clary woke up to, not Jace? One change to a story, and it creates a ripple effect, altering each event just enough to build up, until the entire ending is different. (Regular updates) This is basically an AU where Isabelle is the one on duty when Clary is attacked by the demon, and this story is essentially about the domino effect that takes place just because of that small difference, - how they spend more time together because it's Izzy she wakes up to, not Jace, how they become friends from working missions together, how Jace starts talking to someone else, and the impact that has on the story. Clary thinks about her life with Simon. She thinks about his gentle touches and the way his eyes linger on her. She wonders if she really should have been as blind sighted as she was by his outburst, even if she hadn't entirely forgiven him for it yet. There's a lot of things she needs to think about, but first she needs something from Simon.
