Her father, Otsu, quirk: Transform, or same as Himiko's quirk. Her mother, Kara, quirk: Blood drive: can use her blood to make anything she wants. Toga also has a sister, Saki Himiko. Her quirk is both of her parents' quirks, Toga only thinks it's her mothers. She can also cast spells out of her hands and can form a dagger out of light of she wants to kill, if she's threatened, scared, mad, or sad. She can also wear a black jacket or hoodie and teleport wherever she wants. One day their parents did and they join the league of villains. What happen s when Toga develops a crush on Izuku Midoriya? Will she turn good and betray the villains? What will Saki do? Read to find out!
