With the end of the Clone Wars fast approaching, Jedi General Nalen Tenba encounters a group of pirates using Separatist vulture droids to intercept and hijack resource shipments to Republic shipyards without leaving a trace. Along with his trusty admiral, Riala Temor, his close friend and partner Clone Captain Kilo, and fellow Jedi General Bultar Swan, Nalen must investigate these pirate attacks to restart the production of starfighters intended to bring the war to a quicker end. Little does Nalen know, however, his trials have only just begun.

Obi-Wan Kenobi is given leave during the Clone Wars, due to some injury he attained on the front-lines doing something recklessly heroic.
