In the aftermath of the Clone Wars and the deaths of the Jedi Order, a shutdown signal was sent to all Battle Droids units throughout the Galaxy, effectively putting an end to the Clone Wars. In addition, the Galactic Republic was reorganised into the First Galactic Empire, and Chancellor Palpatine, who is actually the Sith Lord, Darth Sidious, establishes himself as Emperor, putting an end to democracy and creating a new era of fear, corruption and tyranny that would last over a decade. Unknown to Palpatine, one group of Kaminoans anticipated his betrayal. In the possibility that Palpatine would betray them, the Kaminoans fled to the Unknown Regions to oversee a contingency plan, to reconstruct the Clone Army. Hidden in a secret facility on the remote planet, Meridia, located in the Unknown Regions. the Kaminoan Scientist, Tuma Se, planned to have the young Jedi Knight, Jack Trevelyan, led the of the new Clone Army. Entering cryo-stasis to preserve his youth, Jack would reawaken once the time comes. In time, the Clone Army will return to resume its new purpose: free the Galaxy from the corruption of the Empire. Young Padawan Liora wasn't always a knight of the Jedi Order. She was promptly found by a Jedi Master called Plo Koon and brought into the Jedi temples. She relished under the guidance of Plo Koon and learned everything there was to know about the force from him. Even his love for the clones.

OC and The Bad Batch. Zephyr (also known as Ghost among the clones), who is a female defective clone, finally goes on a mission with the clones from the same batch as her, Clone Force 99. She has never met them before, as she mainly went on solo missions during her time as a Clone Commando. The female clone is not so known across the GAR, preferring to be on her own and hide the fact that she's a female clone soldier, using her own modifications to hide her true self.
