It's the familiar story we all love but from Clove's perspective and a small twist.

The games are officially over now, or are they? Things seem perfectly fine now back in District 12. An official wedding being planned, Gale coming and going whenever, and two children growing up fast give Katniss and Peeta a lot to deal with. Kayla, Katniss's spontaneous daughter has a mind of her own and thinks she might have her eyes set on a mysterious boy, but Katniss has a wedding to plan. Is this new boy using Katniss's daughter to murder her mother, or has he been misjudged? Everything goes down hill the second the Girl on Fire walks down the aisle. Will it end in a pool of scarlet red, or will the Mockingjay finally have her happily ever after?

"We have very exciting news," he told my parents, his eyes glinting in the fading sunlight, illuminating the soulless expression he wore, "Clove has been chosen to train for the games." Clove Kentwell is supposed to be dead. That is, she thought so until she wakes up in a Capital hospital seemingly unscathed. When she discovers Cato's there as well, along with the other dead tributes, a strange story begins to unravel at her feet. Why would President Snow keep them alive? Why is Cato acting so strangely? As the situation unfolds, Clove finds herself increasingly drawn to Cato in a way she never thought she would get to experience. Will she make good use of her second chance?
