Seven teenagers go (stereotypically) into an abandoned building without knowing its haunted by the ghosts of clowns. There are two ghost/clowns, Makani and Ciro, they're twins, and the only way they can go into the afterlife is by making someone laugh. They play horrible, morbid tricks on the teenagers to make them laugh but instead, the teens are scared and angry. The ghosts lock the teens in the house but eventually let them out. However, the ghosts now have a connection with the teens and the ghosts can now leave the house and follow the teens.
