A Father's Longing is an epilogue to Crash Landing on You, a story of how Captain Ri and Yoon Se Ri made their setup work. And will they be able to keep it working? A/N: Initially planned for this to be just a one-shot but then I figured maybe I would just split it into two parts. Or three perhaps. We'll see ♡

For Yoon Seri, breaking into the world of motorsports was not easy, but reaching the highest class of international racing is going to be more complicated than she expected.

This is a one-shot based on what happens after the Baeksang Awards. I thought it was a major upset that CLOY barely bagged any awards, I'm honestly still not over it -.- So, I needed happy thoughts about BinJin and came up with this. Hope you guys enjoy it! Some happy, some poignant, each scene stands alone. 'She had known for weeks what present to give him. The idea had suddenly come to her and the more she thought about it, the more she realised how perfect it was.' The scenes take place both during the events in Crash Landing On You and in subsequent years. They are complementary to my "season 2" novel, The Gift, and "season 3" Twisted Rope, but are independent of their story lines. The Gift series is a Wattpad FanFic Ambassadors Recommendation.

With this Binjin drought I just wanted to give us all (especially me) something to get us through this time, while Binjin is hopefully enjoying their private time together (which they deserve so much). Everything I write is from my imagination, and not completely factual. I'll use moments from their life as inspiration. I'll mostly be doing one shots. Hope you like it!

This story covers the early stages of their friendship. All are pure fiction. I've been wondering a lot about the 2018 era and how they delicately cultivate their relationship. I believe they built a strong foundation in their relationship. Best friends-to-lovers trope ♥️ I made this story for myself.
