Everybody knows the cast of Ghost Bird- the hit TV show has brought them from relative anonymity to media fame. For the past two seasons, Ghost Bird has centered around nine guys as they formed the best Academy team in history. For the third season, the WION Network producers decide that the show has become too mundane and begin the search for a female costar. They want someone beautiful, talented, and creative- someone like Sang Sorenson. The addition may not be as well received as they had hoped though, and when the show is threatened with disaster, the GB cast must try their hardest to save it. Ghost Bird is fanfiction of C. L. Sang's whole world revolves around synchronized swimming: her mother has become obsessed with Sang's success and is pushing her beyond her limits. When the boys first see Sang at a competition, they are shocked at her ability and grace. After seeing her interaction with her mother, they know they have to save her.
