Denki Kaminari is one of the most wanted Vigilante. Hitoshi Shinsou is a new hero who just graduated from UA Academy. He is sent undercover to one of the criminal undergrounds clubs after receiving intel the dangerous Vigilante, Thundershock, would be there. What he doesn't know is that Thundershock is working as a dancer there.
