I was a fool in love, a fool to do what we did every day, a fool to trust Agents Jenna Hudson and Chris Turner when they said that they had another treasure for us to find, one that's only known by the FBI and the government and hadn't gone public. And just what was that treasure? Well, we didn't know. And neither did they. It was apparently life changing, though, so I was guessing pretty big. Our group was going to be bigger on this exploration, that's for sure. And we were adding another, rather unexpected person: Sophie Barnes, who was Max's ex-girlfriend. This treasure hunt was going to be even more dangerous than our others. It was going to full of sneaking into government facilities in other countries, stealing priceless items that were supposed to be heavily guarded, car chases, near kidnappings...and enough dirty diapers to knock out a hundred men just with the smell. It was going to be one crazy adventure. But then again, it always was in the world of treasure hunting. (Book 3 in the My Life Series)

It looks like a math textbook, doesn't it? Well, it's not. This is something far less sinister. This is a story of a murder. ~*~ Calculus II is the son of Abacus and her husband Calculus I, two Roman plebeians who serve Emperor Mathematicus. Unfortunately, life as a common plebeian is not all it's cracked up to be. For starters, plebeians aren't allowed to attend school, so Cal has to come up with his own methods of staving off boredom. Luckily, he and his friends stumble across a crime scene, and decide that solving the problem of the mystery murderer is just the thing they need to exercise their brain cells. As their calculations finally start to add up, only one question remains: will they come to the right answer? Disclaimer I: This book does not really teach anything math-related. In fact, this book does not really teach much of anything-related. Disclaimer II: This book may contain the occasional Harry Potter reference. Disclaimer III: This book does not contain Arabic numerals.

This is a collection of random stories that I started. When I need a break from a bigger project I tend to write some odd end pieces like these. Sometimes I'll have so much inspiration that I'll do several in one sitting. Keep in mind when you read these that I know they're not perfect & are not meant to be taken seriously, I just wrote them for fun. Some are inspired by prompts & others are just my crazy mind. THIS STORY IS REWRITE OF ORIGINAL 1932 book Series 8. by Carolyn Keene In the late autumn after returning from Red Gate Farm on a day trip, Nancy and her friends enjoy hot cocoa and a snack at teatime. Postman Ira Dixon, nearing retirement, is invited inside, and leaves his mailbag in the vestibule, where it is stolen. Nancy is summoned by postal authorities, who accuse her of being involved in the theft, which threatens the postman's pension and career. In the meantime, she is invited to spend a weekend as a guest of Ned Nickerson at Emerson College, where a big football game will take place, and she prepares for the trip. Nancy encounters low-brow Mrs. "Sailor" Joe Skeets, who accuses her of wrongdoing due to her own missing letter containing money, stolen with the mailbag. Strangely, the letters are re-posted later. Nancy receives a letter from British solicitors informing her of a Nancy Smith Drew, sought as the heiress of an estate there. Nancy has no middle name or initial and she searches for her namesake. The primary suspect becomes Edgar Dixon, the half brother of her mail carrier, a flashy man in a yellow coat. Mrs. Skeets provides a clue, as does George Fayne, and Nancy discovers her counterpart is visiting faculty at Emerson. Ned performs well in the big game, during which Nancy sees the suspect in the stadium. Nancy tries to make contact with Nancy S. Drew.

This story is about a girl who lives in an orphanage with her twin brother. One day, the lunch lady goes missing and it's up to the twins and their friends to figure it out...and they just might have some help along the way!

Imagine you just woke up in the middle of the woods. You're standing still with a backpack hanging from your shoulders, and a seemingly endless forest surrounds you. How did you get here? Why are you here? A hundred questions fill your mind, but you notice a small trail of torn paper that might just answer all your questions.
