(CONTAINS MATURE CONTENT) A deadly disease, called the Deviant Plague, spread throughout the world. Cities like New York, Tokyo and Delhi were hit the worst. Hospitals began to fill with fevered, boil covered victims. A quarantine was ordered immediately, but the virus spread quickly to new hosts through contact with bodily fluids. Large cities were bombed in an attempt to keep the fallout to a minimum, but two thirds of the population still perished. Those who survived the plague were left on the surface to fend for themselves while being hunted for a cure by the non-infected who live in underground facilities. For a while the infected were powerless to fight back, but some quickly discovered the plague left them with a gift, superpowers. *This is a rough draft. Feedback is welcome and appreciated. A story with aspects of noir, mystery, sci-fi, and political intrigue (Although I suppose that's similar to a mystery). The inspiration came from my 3rd year of high school English, where our assignment was to make either a light or dark romantic narrative that had to include the thoughts of a character. I suppose psychics and psionics, in general, have been overused in general, however, I still quote from myself "If I am going to have narration with thoughts, why not include mindreading, and if I am already including that, why not add a power or two." I was hooked immediately. I even realized that there a lot of stories about mindreaders, and the like. What would make my story different is that I would have my own writing style and original plot. So, in summation, please enjoy the first few chapters to what I am hoping to be a 300-500 page book, with the potential to have a sequel or a trilogy.

Sisters Eleanor and Beth are against their will thrust into a dangerous quest to save their would from a terrifying evil. Along the way they must also work out their problems with each other and themselves. This story is co-written by me and my good friend PumpkinQueen23, but like not in a normal planned way, we take turns writing chapters and don't tell each other what we're going to do, so neither of us has any clue where the story is going (which made choosing a name rather difficult)

Most people train their entire lives to enter the prestigious academy this is not the case for two teams. Team JENY a team lead by Jenny Monterrey a red head with a temper. Leading the charge into the Grimm eradication missions before entering Beacon. Proving that not everyone must train their entire lives. Team DLTA lead by Delta Birch. He leads a team that is fighting for Faunus rights even though not a single member is a faunus. He fights the White Fang a lot as the terrorist group is not helping the case.
