Rumors have been circulating around the small town of Barrington, Illinois. Rumors of finally finding the killer of 20 year old Adam Siska, over 5 years after his actual death. Rookie detective Gabe Saporta and skilled crime scene investigator William Beckett are assigned to this odd case. After Detective Saporta is almost killed right in front of him, William swears to protect the rookie at all costs. Even if that means risking his own life to save the boy he secretly loves. (I haven't written fanfiction in so long that I've honestly forgotten how to write a description- so sorry if this looks a little funny right now-😅)

The year is 2009 on TVE-024 (Trans-Vibrational Earth). An intentionally created alternate universe where time is meshed together in unpredictable ways. Warped Tour is just around the corner when Gabriel Saporta of Cobra Starship invites Waterparks to collaborate on a song with the working title "Welcome to my World". Awsten agrees and is exited to work with a fellow artist, but he doesn't quite realize what he's getting himself into. And on the nights leading up to the studio recording of the song, Awsten gets wrapped up in band drama that he wasn't counting on. When things don't go as planned with Gabe and Awsten gets in over his head in a rivalry and revenge, he finds himself doing and saying things he'd never though he would in a million years, even in an alternate universe.

One group was the bratty, snobby strings who acted like their music was better than anyone's. And the other group was the concert band who didn't actually give a fuck about the performances and competitions. They only gave a fuck about if they were having fun. It was really weird as Mr Weekes and Mr Walker seemed to get along fine.The whole reason they hate each other apparently dated back several decades ago but no one really knew why. Maybe it was because the strings ripped up the concert pieces that belonged to the concert band. Or maybe it was because the concert band broke their expensive violin.
