OR possibly North Korea/South Korea....? (or what about a North Korean, in Ottawa, Canada?) (@ this point in story-development, the gender, ethnicity, etc. is flexible, depending on casting & details of the scenario, shooting location, etc. ) (spy vs spy? maybe... )
