Eureka finds herself drawn to the little coffee shop, Coffee & Biscuits. The cozy and homely feel of the coffee shop reminded Eureka of her mother, Diana, who had died in a freak car accident 2 years ago. As time goes on, Eureka soon becomes a daily customer during the morning hours. It became one of her few morning routines. However, one little bump and spill of her coffee, makes her world go round.

Despite hating his job, Phil Lester couldn't be happier to be working at Takk on a fateful Thursday in January, when he finds one customer that stands out from all the rest.
