When threatened the scrap yard, he becomes obsessed with death, believing that the eternal rest will be the cure to his insomnia. However he learns about the existence of ghosts putting a damper on his plans about eternal sleep. Armed with a special ring made of Amethyst that allows him to see ghosts. He goes around Toontown, setting restless spirits free and banishing troublemakers. He also solves murders including one about his predecessor, Lamont. Who better than to ask the victims themselves.
