Cole wasn't strange to them, in school, at home, he was in fact the only thing in Mr. Mason Mansion that wasn't strange. They all thought Kevin or Lenora would be connected to the prophecy because they were supernatural, Strong and more aggressive than Cole. Cole was chosen by the prophecy. Mr. Mason knew all too well the trouble that would follow. So, he put Cole, Kevin and Lenora in a very good and Safe place.... Which also didn't help much
