It's a wonderful day in Jamanakai city. Kai's plans for the day are to deliver a sword, get the loaded payment, buy necessities and potatoes to bake, go home, and take a rest. The last two have scratched off however, and it's all courtesy to this guy he comes across too; he's really tall, busting with muscles, owns a pretty pair of big eyes with green irises, and wears a damn charming smile. Everything goes upside down after that. Suddenly, before the gods could spare a blink, Kai is aboard a pirate ship with people he least expected to be with. Kai makes terrible plans, but this trip has got to be the worst yet as he literally fights for his life against one or two fellow mythical creatures. He's also fighting for his troubling heart, as the same guy who ruined his life never fails to skyrocket his heart rate through the sky, and churn his stomach like a towel being twisted into a rope. The first day they met was already stressful, let alone the following ones. Kai is a hothead and everyone thinks he's the coolest brother ever right? Almost, Kai has gained the romantic interest of two of his teammates. Cole and Zane to be specific and the two are fighting for the right to kiss him! and Kai? Well he is so oblivious it is a worry. When he does find out eventually it's even more of a worry. The worry being is if one of them kidnap him to be their boyfriend, but they would never do that. Right?

This used to be my favorite book when I was beginning to write. I would update frequently, ninja go was one of my favorite fandoms. I absolutely loved the ships and enjoyed writing about them but sadly all good things do come to an end. I'm not saying that it will never happen but if I do update this again it might be in a very long time. Thank you to all who still read this after many years after me publishing it <3

My interpretation of what I want Cole and Kai's reunion to be like, except ten times more dramatic. Cole's back, after so long of Cole being gone, he's back, and Kai just has a major panic attack, and Cole doesn't really know what to do, but he finds a way even without meaning to, because it's Cole and Kai Crappy summary, but I'm doing this at one in the morning so my brain's dead, trust me, the second chapter is at least worth it. Art not mine, though I fragging love it so much, and a much more accurate reunion because ninjago creators are lame sometimes

Also, I got my inspiration from @Just_hellhound In their book "Rocks, thorns, and flames[A LAVA FANFICTION]" The idea of the disease in one of my own story's came to mind as I read about it all, so that's why I made this, thank you @Just_hellhound of giving me this idea<3 ENJOY BITCH- Also, if yall are wondering what Hanahaki disease is when someone is in one sided love(it only effects the person who feels the love ok? Good you know). A plant grows in their lungs and they will cough out peddles(yes, in this story I made them pink, DEAL WITH IT). It will grow until the person dies, gets it surgically removed, or if the person they love loves them back. If it gets surgically removed though, then the person's feelings for their love will be gone.
