When Rodney McKay and Tayla discover a weird looking device in some Runes on a distant planet that they bring to Atlantis, Lt. Col. John Sheppard is sucked into a reality that is completely different, and much more deadly than the one he is used to living in. Here, some sort of plague wiped out the Atlantis crew, leaving only a few who now have unique skills to combat their surroundings.

Cpt. Alice Riley was a member of SG-4 before she was offered the chance to join the Atlantis Expedition, where she meets Major John Sheppard. This story is an -almost- episode by episode account of Riley's time in Atlantis. The idea is based on if another female member had been apart of Sheppard's team. Sheppard/OC pairing, but it will be a long-burn story, so stick with it. JohnxOC

Sheppard's team is falling apart. Rodney blames John for the death of a colleague and John has closed himself off from his team since his capture and torture at the hands of rebel Genii. Stranded on a primitive planet, will John and Rodney be able to work together to survive?

Colonel John Sheppard and Dr Rodney McKay disappear without trace and two monks in an isolated monastery struggle in a system of harsh penances and self-denial. With no memories of their former lives, how will they rediscover themselves and who is behind it all?

The team discovers an Ancient device on a planet but upon closer analysis it turns out to be more dangerous than they first thought. The story takes place around season 2 and there's some focus on John and Elizabeth (Shweir). ~3300 words

When danger comes to Atlantis Kai is forced to reveal the secrets of her past to save her new friends.
