Enhance your mental and physical wellbeing by using the soothing effect that the colouring of pre-formed images can bring in what experts commonly term "mindfulness". The "Relax-art-ation" series brings together images evocative of the book`s title. Colours of Italy is filled with iconic images that evoke the essence of this stunning country. I was introduced to the concept of “mindfulness” by the wonderful team of health professionals at the pain clinic that I attend. It took a while for me to find something that worked for me as a few of the associated therapies and disciplines like yoga, meditation or tai-chi either did not appeal to me or were beyond my physical capabilities due to the damage already done to my joints by the arthritis. Initially “colouring” seemed somewhat childish but there was no doubt that it had the desired affect of both taking my mind off the pain and relaxing me at the same time. My problem though was with the type of adult colouring book that was available. The bulk of the material out there seemed to be both childish and very much aimed at women with kittens and suchlike. I wanted something else and that `s when I turned to the vast image-bank that I had amassed in relation to my thrillers. The books tend to be set in places that not only have I visited many times myself but attract millions of tourists each year like London, Paris and Rome. It was once I put the first few images from Italy together that I termed what I had been doing as “relax-art-ation”. If you enjoy colouring then I believe you will find the images in the relax-art-ation series both calming and relaxing. Enjoy!

I promise that they get better. You should know a few things ^-^ 1. I'm lazy. It may be a few days before I get round to doing your request, I do have school and stuff as a bigger priority. 2. I am getting better drawing equipment at Christmas so yeah, that should improve them a bit. 3. I take all anime related requests! It could be a scene from something you want a collage of or maybe a drawing with a quote? I promise I will draw it. 4. I love any feedback you can give. Hey guys .... In this book, I'm gonna publish some artwork. Well.. It's not an artwork, but it's colouring which I usually do in an app named 'colouring book for me'. It's an interesting app. You can install it and do colouring in your free time or when you are bored. You can see my colouring too. And I'll try to publish these as soon as possible. . This book is going to be about my 3rd Sketchbook! All the pictures were created in the year, 2021 so some of these (at the time of writing this which is 12/30/2021) could be a few days to a year old! All of these pictures that I am showing we're created by me! Some things I drew were being I was learning, others could have been me, really wanting to draw that said character doing something and I have the power to do so, so yEaH- Hope you enjoy this book!

If you see a shooting star, what would you wish for? Wander would wish something a bit... unexpected. Or instead, for someone? This is the story of him and his 'wish'. This story has a whole LOT of chapters, and is completed now! I still am editing some chapters, but minor changes. I have to put the drawings, I just love doing them ^-^)/ I think from this story on, I will put a drawing of mine in every new story. Expect a lot! ^w^ All the illustrations are not yet done because my computer is not available now. Please wait a bit and I'll post them when I can, I'll probably announce it too, but anyways. 10/50 illustrations left to post. BY THE WAAAAAAAY!!
