The groups take missions given by the 'Main Office' of the FPA, then get paid after. The fairy tail guild has gotten rowdier than usual after the GMG because of the new addition to there family... cobra has joined the guild after his release from prison, and natsu has finally marked lissana as his mate. while Lucy is taking solo mission due to her quitting team natsu to learn wolf slaying magic from her new spirit lupus the wolf and has successfully mastered it.what type well that's for me to know and you to find out. :-)
