so this is a short story I wrote in my 9th grade creative writing class. I love it so much I decided to share it. It's based in a small town I lived in a long time ago Called Glasgow and based on a game my and my friends would play in middle school. Don't get caught. We love zombie kinda games.

He's been longing for love his entire life but when he's out for his first stroll around town, he meets a bizarre bird who shows him the bright side of the world and teaches Mumbo how enter his inner wild side. This small bird is crazier than Mumbo could ever imagine! Breaking and ruining stuff left and right! Mumbo loves his it but the council... not so much. They naturally become friends quite quickly, but what about lovers? And even if they are in love, what will the council think?
