The forty-first entry of the 2022-2023 Film Journal, after unexpected delays, is here with another unexpected animated entry for the year, "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem". Here, I briefly discuss my history with the Turtles since I myself was a boy and the quality's of these ninjas' latest cinematic incarnation. Note: yes, I know that this entry is being published in February of 2024. Editing, for reasons unaffiliated to any cause of mine, has only been able to be resumed as of late.
