2 billion people on earth have no home or only a miserable one. Only world socialism will solve the global housing crisis of capitalism. "War on palaces, peace to huts !" * * * Our global socialist housing program-global emergency aid-consists of the following four components: 1. Prohibition of rent gouging and profiteering by housing construction and rental monopolies, abolition and socialization of all capitalist housing conditions [Expropriation of the expropriators!]. After the victory of the socialist world revolution, the capitalist housing crisis will no longer be exacerbated year after year by capitalist states. Instead, a newly created global socialist state of the exploited and oppressed will take on this problem itself, as follows: 2. Build 100 000 affordable homes - every day ! 3. Make 100,000 empty flats ready for occupancy - every day! 4. Centrally organized solidarity campaigns on a global scale to voluntarily share one's own living space with people who suffer from poor housing conditions - 100 000 every day. ______ All in all, this will result in the creation of 300,000 new homes - every day. This means that within 25 years, we will have provided the entire human race with sufficient affordable housing and solved the problem of homelessness for the first time in human history. * * * Two billion people in the world have no home or only a makeshift one! * * * What is the main reason for the housing shortage under capitalism? The main reason is capitalism itself. That is why the main slogan of our global housing program is: If you want to eliminate the housing shortage, you must eliminate its cause: capitalism! * * *

Annotation of the Comintern (Stalinist-Hoxhaists) After 75 years of its decision and just to the 50th Death Day of the leader of the programme-commission - comrade Stalin - the Comintern- SH herewith publishes not alone the programme of the Comintern at the first time (which got dusty in the revisionist drawer since 1943!), but moreover puts it in front of the struggle for the worldrevolution, which accelerates actively the ongoing breakdown of worldimperialism. With this programme the world-proletariat continues to write a new chapter of the history of its own liberation. By the practical realization of this programme the Comintern-SH proves to be the true follower of the old honourable Comintern. All the Sections of the Comintern-ML are called for the translation of this programme in their mother-tongue-language, for the propagation and for the struggle of its practical realization.

This book in Finnish was published for Finnish readers. As the original text is around 90 years old, the print quality was too poor for the translation program and therefore unusable. The Comintern (SH) therefore had to translate the Finnish text into German by hand using its own resources. This a considerable amount of time, which is why we ask our readers to be patient until we have translated the entire book. Page 37 is missing from the original Finnish text, which unfortunately we cannot change today.

The Stalinist-Hoxhaist world youth thinks, works, and lives for the defense of the world dictatorship of the proletariat, for the socialist world in the anti-revisionist struggle against the restoration of world capitalism.
