"Why?" I can't see through my tears. "Why?!" A person honks their horn, but I can't hear it through my sobs. "WHAT DID I EVER DO TO YOU?!" I don't see the truck as it slams into my car, nor do I feel my body being thrown through the windshield. All I feel is weightlessness. All I see is that shitty light at the end of the tunnel. ~~~~~~~∆∆∆∆∆∆~~~~~~~~ Anna Mathews saw her parents be maimed and murdered. That's why she has countless scars across her body. Her best friend, Mel, died of leukemia last week and her boyfriend just broke up with her. (She's seen him cheating multiple times.) When she's coming back home from a house full of dead teenagers she wonders why she's even alive anyways. She should've paid attention to the road.
