(Based on the English-dubbed version of "Hyperdimension Neptunia: The Animation". This is Gamindustri. Beings called the God and Goddesses rule the countries of this unreal world. The five CPUs govern four states: Neptune (Purple Heart) of Planeptune, Noire (Black Heart) of Lastation, Blanc (White Heart) of Lowee, Vert (Green Heart) of Leanbox, & Y/N (Cobalt Star) of StarCube. For many long years, these countries have fought each other for Share, the source of each CPU's power. However, fearful that the conflict would pointlessly erode their countries' strength, the CPUs of each nation signed a Friendship Treaty forbidding them from taking the Share by force. Under the treaty, the CPUs and their younger siblings, the CPU Candidates took a new stage in their relations. It was the dawn of a new, dynamic era marked occasionally by shared a bit of laughter, disputes as well as cooperation, war, and fear. What does the future hold in store for Gamindustri? These are stuff that happen at the start of the games and since this is D'Side they do start off differently.

A young adult and his little brother end up getting themselves wrapped up in the issues of the CPUs, but they don't mind that much. However, the older brother ends up transfixed about these legends of a "Guardian of Angels". What is this "Guardian" the legends speak of and is he closer than everyone thinks...?

What would happen if Cream the Rabbit was sent to the world of Neptunia after she lost everyone. She'll be in the aftermath of Megadimension as to not get her involved in the situations but she'll be in a kind place and will be able to help. She deserves to be in a kind world not a cruel one.

In a wonderful place known as Gamindistres there are goddesses, not only there are goddesses there is also the four Heroes. The Sword Hero, The Bow Hero, The Spear Hero, and the Shield Hero. Y/N L/N was just an ordinary boy until he picked up a book which transfers him to a different world and has to defeat the waves
