Edit: I'm going to try to continue on with the story because now I have ideas Just a quick one shot I wrote of where Shinra and the gang are in danger, Shinra especially. Might continue it one of these days, and I may also add a chapter to it as a twist of fate where something else happens instead of what did happen. Hope its okay, im not very good at writing!

Only her four closest friends had given her something, but to her, those gifts carried the weight of goodbye. Her mother dismissed her attachment to them as materialism. Her sister echoed the same. But Umiko thought differently: If you truly care about someone, why wouldn't you spend on them? Why wouldn't you leave them with something to remember you by? That belief stayed with her, shaping her into the person she became-someone who clings to keepsakes, and to people, desperate never to lose what little she has left.

I've noticed the lack of ff's for fire force, so i decided to create one for best boy Arthur. This follows a different storyline from Fire Force btw!! Y/n recently graduated from the academy and has been sent to Company 8. Her partner broke up with her about two months before she graduated, and she really hasn't gotten over it. While at her assigned company, she reunites with an old friend, and meets an eccentric blonde. At Company 8, she hopes to power up on her pyrokinetic abilities and get over her timidness. As she fights for her company, she starts to question what she's doing, and what her feeling towards Arthur Boyle really are
