The Astral Express and the Stellaron Hunters suddenly find themselves being forced to work together when a Stellaron Crisis threatens the safety of the Xiānzhōu Luófú, and by extension, the Xiānzhōu Alliance as a whole. Dān Héng finds himself back on the last place he ever wanted to return to and with the last person he ever wanted any contact with. The past and the present collide as truths and old grudges are brought out into the open. Will this makeshift coalition of unlikely allies succeed in saving the Xiānzhōu from an imminent threat or will they all be buried under the weight of past sins and grievances with each other?
