Phil has never had a friend before, but that all changes when he starts writing to his new Pen Pal Dan Howell. Watch as Phil starts to discover the harsh world for himself through his weekly letters to Dan. Watch as he comes to terms with his sexuality and to the realisation that his parents are not generally very nice people. Teenage life really hits hard on Phil, but he knows he can always rely on Dan's weekly letters to get him through another week, well that is until something happens that changes everything forever.

Valentine's day seemed to have given Phil a confidence boost to be able to create a card for Dan however, it's as if the card wants to go on an adventure before going to Dan.
