The Provinces of Droven strive for peace and equality, but when several provincial leaders are assassinated by unknown forces, no one knows what to do, as the provinces begin to point fingers, causing even more civil unrest and chaos. Few books speak of the heroes who will rise during this time. Coming from all over Droven. All different, but more interwined more than they could ever know. They may come for different reasons, but all were meant for bigger things. Some may not accept the duty at first, but if they want to survive, they will have to grow and bond with one another to unlock abilities beyond their comprehension. This is a Dark Souls inspired story, it revolves around the mechanics of the undead, how they are technically unkillable, but they risk their humanity. While not taking place in any named locations from the games, you may find little nods to known characters, places, etc. The main cast are all original, as is their journey.

After the Black Plague ravaged the resources and population of the Central Kingdom,Earth is struck by a meteorite containing Dark Matter,a type of matter that everything is made out of and can be manipulated and turned into anything imaginable.Some people have control upon Dark Matter,they are called Dark Meddlers,and their main goal is to use their powers to restore the resources lost from the Plague and to rebuild the Central Kingdom after what it's been trough.Altough the power of a meddler is astounding,it is mostly locked behind a glorious deed a meddler must complete in order to unlock even more control upon even more dark matter.But there's a problem,whenever a Dark Meddler uses his powers for the first time,they are suddenly being followed by Dark Meteorites,rocks containing high amounts of dark matter, that come from space to deliberately kill the meddler and obliterate everything around him.For that reason,most meddlers give up on their main purpose and resume to the life of mercenaries,even being banished from the other Kingdoms to only be allowed in the Central one. The story follows Ryuchi,a boy that was born a Dark Meddler,and who apparently is ignored by Dark Meteorites,his childhood friend Adrya,a girl with a past unknown to Ryuchi,and the wizchemist that runs the Orphanage they live in,Wizz.All 3 of them are on a quest to reach the highest possible rank a Dark Meddler can achieve,and to uncover the mysteries behind it.
