It seems to me that just about everyone born in this century has no appreciation for words and their meanings. This bothers me a lot. The majority of popular music that I've heard on the radio is...well...meaningless. Sure, it's fun and relaxing, but once that fades away, what do you have to contemplate or relate to? I'm pretty sure that most people can't relate to partying all night, living in expensive houses, or having access to the finer things in life. I just think that words should be used in a more meaningful way. I like things that make me think. At the time we need to think the most, there is no stimulus. It's all empty.
