This book is something I've been wanting to write. For my 8th grade field trip, me and my classmates went to D.C and visited the Holocaust museum and ever since then, I've been interested. Born in the most dangerous concentration camp of North Korea, Jongin the 8 year old boy, goes through an unending adventure to escape with his little sister Jiyoung. From unmerciful soldiers to undeniable hunger, will Jongin escape the cruel and dictatorial grasps of North Korea and reach freedom to South Korea? Or will he end up dying like the other runaways who tried in the past? Warning: Very dark. Read at your own risk.

Some of the time life calls for convenient solutions, such as taking a cleaning pen to remove a smudge that appeared after your mid-day break or fixing an elastic flip-flop with pins or a stapler. The equivalent goes for your photographs: in some cases, they don't end up being precise as you would trust from the get-go, and you lack the opportunity and energy to get into the better purposes of altering.

In this box, she can feel as if she has worth - she can be a normal fledgling woman with dreams and hopes again. A short story about human anguish, love, and forgetting.

Meet Seiren Mist. She and her sister, Aurelia Mist have always been inseparable. That is, until she and her family move from the safety of the Netherlands to Germany just before the war. Seiren has no idea why, and her only clues are the diary pages written in a cryptic language that Aurelia litters wherever she goes, and her sister's incoherent mumblings in her sleep. Stranger still, is her parents' desire to keep her and her sister hidden. They haven't done anything wrong, have they? When war breaks out and they are taken to a Nazis Concentration Camp, the answers come to light. Her sister is killed almost immediately, leaving only her diary as advice for Seiren. It is becoming strangely readable, and Seiren can only hope that she will be able to read all of it before time runs out. She is taken to be gassed, but she survives and wakes up in a world once ruled by Snow and now all four Fragments. As she digs deeper, she uncovers secrets that she would rather leave hidden. After all, if her sister was a legendary mage, what is she?
