Inside this book is a compilation of stories based on the Holocaust. Most are only a chapter long, and are individual stories in themselves. I may decide to write a longer Holocaust story, and if I do, it will be specified as so. These are all works of fiction, but are loosely based on real events. Some may be graphic, viewer discretion advised. So enter the Holocaust, and never forget.

One of the most common problems facing new photographers – and some of us OLD photographers – is finding a great composition. Like pizza, it’s a matter of taste, but there are some fairly standard agreed-upon guidelines for a good composition. On March 20 I wrote a piece for the blog called Five Composition Tips. I’ve decided to expand on this. I also want to note these are GUIDELINES, not rules. For each of these points you could make an opposite artistic argument. Go there if you must, but if you do, you miss the point of the list. Concentrate on the basics first, and then you have earned the right to get fancy and ignore them.

Staying focused can be challenging for both children and adults. Homework, work pressure, digital distractions, poor sleep and constant multitasking can all make it harder to maintain concentration. The good news is that concentration can be developed through consistent habits. Getting enough sleep, staying physically active, reducing passive screen time and practicing single-tasking are simple ways to support better focus. Structured brain training can also complement these habits by working on skills such as attention, memory, pattern recognition and mental flexibility. For children especially, activities should be appropriate for their age and adjusted to their individual learning needs. Head and Heart has put together a detailed guide covering natural strategies for improving concentration, along with information about structured brain development and cognitive training. Read the complete guide: How to Improve Concentration Naturally: Expert Brain Training Methods That Work https://thehnh.in/blog/improve-concentration-naturally-brain-training-methods/
