Sixteen-year old Dante Evadoni is a normal boy with a normal life - he's in eleventh grade, he has a fair few friends, he's not popular and he's quiet - and a problem that has followed him for two years: he's heels over head in love with a girl he can't seem to get over. Seventeen-year old Carolynn Quirox is in the same grade level as Dante, in the same circle of friends, although a bit apart from him. For two years, she has been avoiding Dante in an attempt to make him forget about her. She has never felt anything for Dante, believing that he isn't the one. Then, after some practices and one dance during a party, everything turns upside down.
