Conch Stories

The Lord of the Flies is a very famous novel by William Golding, first published in 1954. Since then it has been studied by millions of school pupils, including myself. THIS STORY WAS ORIGINALLY PUBLISHED IN 2022 BUT I RECENTLY HAD TO UNPUBLISH AND THEN REPUBLISH IT WHICH MEANS THE ORIGINAL PUBLISH DATES ARE NO LONGER RECORDED. In this story I will write a reimagining of the story, using most of the same characters and the same situation with everyone stranded on an island. But this time Jack will be much more successful in his bid to be chief. There will be some other changes too, including a couple of girls among the boys! This time it will not be only all boys! But the two girls will be very outnumbered, how will they handle being with so many boys? Please don't read this expecting it to be exactly like the original novel, its a reimagining, it will not be exactly the same but many of the things in the novel will still be here, but written differently with different outcomes

Free of adult supervision leads up to the idea of behavior. The children are free of morals and wrongdoing but is it possible too much freedom can be a bad thing?

But according to the prophecy that she delivered, she must find a way to stop the war-or perish.

Just finished Lord of the Flies in English, & hated the ending. In general, this is how it SHOULD have ended. At least in my opinion. This is a joke, for those of you who can't tell by what's written in the fic. This is meant to be lighthearted and get a laugh, and hopefully that's what it does.

I've never been very confident in sharing fanfics and/or headcanons of mine on the internet. But now that I'm a lot happier with my life, mature, and confident, I decided to make this. (Also because I love Lotf) Anyways I made a book here on Wattpad which was basically funny lotf stories and shit. This book is basically that but serious. A dark and mysterious beach winds along the shore of the sleepy seaside town of Kittiwake. People in the know avoid those sands like the plague. Occasionally, when tourists visit, most locals do like to warn them to not visit Conch Cove... But some just don't listen - for on an odd sunny day, in the usually dull, grey town, that beach looks inviting, beckoning and strangely beautiful. They're drawn, moths to a flame. Once they realise their mistake - it's usually too late.

While at the beach, a girl accidentally comes upon a conch shell. She soon learns that it is magical and that it has been wanted by many for years. What will she have to do to keep the shell out of the wrong hands? (cover image not mine, but story and all characters are)

But his plans change once he hears word that; Ralph came across a girl that washed up onto the shores of the island, The tribe go out and decide there is a new thing they need to hunt for....a tribe queen...yes Jack only got this idea because he didn't want Ralph to have anyone on the lonely island. The girl wakes within a few days, not knowing what she's woken up to, she doesn't know what brutal and savage events that are yet to come.
