The Auburn Dreams trilogy is my chronicle of descending from awe into obsession, beginning with the shock of discovering a beauty that felt stolen from the heavens. As the cycle continued, my admiration turned to an ache, realizing that her "cure" was actually a heist that stripped the world of its color and me of my heart. By this final entry, I stopped fighting the pain and chose to "baptize" myself in the memory, accepting that living in the madness is the only way to keep her close.
