- Continuation of Part #1 Just how hard to live in a place where pain, sadness, rejection, blames, lies, and hatred are the things that makes you feel fake alive. I was raised not to be noticed. I was raised to accompanied pain and sadness within me. To accept their blames and rejection. To regret the past and discover their lies. I was raised not to be loved but to be hated. For me, there is No safe place to hide as long as the battle is not yet finished. To survive in the battle, you yourself needs to conquer everything. But how? How am I going to fight back when I don't even know how to fight on my own? I'm scared, but the moment I found myself loving him the way I wanted to be loved, everything changed. Kinneth. With his presence alone, I know I am safe. With him, I know I can fight and I can survive because he will protect me. Pero hindi lahat na nagpoprotekta ay nananatili. Lahat ay may limitasyon, may hangganan. Just as he protected our love, he end up getting tired. He has reached his limit.

I pulled out a book that had a cartoon Jesus on it, smiling with other cartoon people, while at the bottom was a god awful caricature of Satan trying to lure others away. "Why Good People Smile." But when he meets Landon Sonne, the son of the very man who was responsible for his parent's death, he's thrust into Saint City, as the new Primary Public Representative of the new political party for Imps with no chance at winning, Gabriel's quiet cynical life can no longer be. Something is being hidden from them, from their whole world.

Nora Brooks has spent most of her life wishing that she was someone else. Her whole life, people have made her feel like there is something wrong with her---her teachers, her parents, her brother. She's awkward, and the things she says never come out right. She's smart, but not smart enough to stay focused in school. Nora just wants to be normal, and she doesn't want to deal with things like her ADHD or her crazy family. Then she meets Desmond, a slightly introverted musician, who's outlook on life might just change her's forever.

This is a mermaid one-shot that focuses on the way love at first changes a person. It's short and to the point and just a quick easy write.

A Beat poem influenced by Allen Ginsberg's, Howl. The Beat writers were a tight-nit group of close friends first, which later became a movement. The term "Beat Generation" gradually came to represent an entire period in time, but the entire original Beat Generation in literature was small enough to have fit into a couple of cars (at times this nearly happened). The theme of my poem is complex. It is feminist and individualist and two fingers up at societal norms and patriarchy. Its "deep"It shows exactly what I think and why you shouldn't conform.
