After the New York War, 17-year old Alex,Conner, and Bree thought they can return to their normal lives. But when a dangerous threat comes to both worlds, and Alex suddenly turned evil again, Conner and Bree has to reunite with their friends and form an army to save Alex and both worlds. But this will be a match nobody will ever be able to see the sunlight again. And when a mysterious person comes to their world, with the power to save or destroy them, will Conner ever find away to defeat evil?

This story takes place two years after the fifth book. The Literary Army was defeated. Morina was sentenced to life in Pinocchio Prison. They changed Alex back and Froggy was released from the mirror. Bree and Emmerich both now live in the Fairytale World.

Remember the heart-wrenching finale to the Land of Stories? "And because of that, the Bailey twins and their friends lived happily ever after in the Land of Stories." We all know that the epilogue talks about a particular girl, three generations down from the Bailey twins. Her name was Charlotte 'Charlie' Black, though she preferred to be know as Charlie. Nico Di Angelo is perfectly content with his life- no really, that is until the fates just had to mess it all up. Solangelo is sent to the Land Of Stories when using the portal between camps, where the literary army is still in charge. Meanwhile the Bailey siblings are getting ready to recruit the Ziblings and save the fairy tale world, so imagine their surprise when they dont land in big city USA but in a completely "unknown" world. Both groups are confused, and cautious. Will both groups manage to get along and will the Bailey twins be able to convince the demigods to help them fight?

Charlie watched with awe as Conner and the pretty woman with long white hair disappeared with blinding flash. She climbed into the attic and pulled out the book with the emerald-green cover and blew the dust off it. Charlie shielded her eyes as a glow emerged from the book.
