When Sam went back to New York, he met Lexi Taylor. Sparks flew between them and they began a relationship. Sam gets the call that Connie has been attacked. He decides to go back to Holby taking with him Lexi and Grace. Will Sam and Lexi be able to make their relationship work in a new place in which Sam's ex is residing? Lexi knows Sam is a lothario. But will she make him stay faithful or will she end up heartbroken?

Paisley didn't even know she was Pregnant untill she gave birth to a crying baby girl, Annabella Larry. her parents asked her countless of times who the dad was but she refused to tell anyone even when her parents took Bella and told Paisley she wasn't going to be a fit mother. Paisley took Annabella away a week before her first birthday and 1 and half years later she's back with her beautiful little girl. She's hadn't been able to get Iain out of her head so when she finally sees him again after almost 3 years will the feelings develop into something more personal? The pair know it's wrong with the age gap but when you love someone it shouldn't matter right. How will Paisleys parents take the news of finding out Iain is the father to little Annabella?

When Grace gives Connie the ultimatum, she realises that she can't stay and break Jacob's heart. So, her and Grace leave for New York to stay with Sam and Keiron. When they come back 5 years later, will Jacob be jealous?

Tensions rise between Sam and Connie which causes Hannah to think there's unresolved feelings between them. When Sam decides he's staying in Holby, he convinces Hannah to stay too. But can their relationship survive?

Alicia and Bea take a big step forward in their relationship. This story was inspired a story called Love in Casualty by @casualtyandmore on this website. Also Cal didn't die because i want him in this story and he's my fave character. And also the ambulance crash did not happen because Bea saved Alicia when she was hurt.

Kennedy is the sister of Iain and Gemma, she is 24 years old and already struggling to cope with the loss of her boyfriend Caleb Knight. Kennedy and Cal got together two and a half years ago and their relationship had been strong since day one, she could tell him anything, even what happened with her Ex Joshua. Kennedy soon realised she's pregnant, not with anyone's baby but with Cals, her dead boyfriend. Kennedy also works in ED after she passed her corse in university and got a job in the hospital. What will Kennedy do when she is soon trapped in the relationship with her ex once again, being threatened by him and afraid for baby's life will she manage to ask for help or suffer in silence only time will tell.

Inspired by Me Before You, which is a fantastic film if you haven't watched and I highly recommend. Jacob finds himself paralysed Connie finds herself in need of a new job, how will her simple life, in a simple town change?

As Connie and Jacob rekindle their relationship, they're faced with obstacles that may prove too severe to overcome.

"Daddy, who's that?" Isabelle asked her father as she held his hand, Jacob smiled looking to his daughter, "That's Ms.Beauchamp." "Who's that?" "She runs the department." "She has pretty shoes and hair." Isabelle giggled, Jacob watched as she strolled past, the pair sharing a fleeting glance. "Will you tell her I said that?" "Course I will." He grinned as Elle came over kissing him before lifting their daughter, "Sorry it took so long." She commented, "Don't worry about it, I'll see you later." He smiled kissing Isabelle's cheek before getting on with his shift.
