This story begins when Becca and Connie's mum dies and Becca, aged 10, gets put into care. Unfortunately for Becca her care home isn't pleasant and when she finds her sister, aged 25, it'll be a painful circumstance.

A fluffy Freechamp one shot I wrote ages ago that I thought I'd post here because why the hell not.

Aria Beauchamp is Connie's middle daughter. She's been away studying at University. Aria returns when she learns of what has happened to Grace. Aria's return brings back trouble. She and Grace's father, Sam, don't see eye to eye. She hates him and vice versa. It's not long before Aria ends up in bed with Sam but does she want it more? Or will she do whatever she can to avoid him? Even if that means stringing along someone else?

So Connie breaks up with Jacob for Grace's sake but what happens when a new consultant, Michael Beauchamp, arrives and confuses everyone as to why Connie broke up with Jacob?

A story where Connie and Jacob are Lily's parents.

Jacob's bubbly personality grows weak and Connie worries that something is up. When he arrives at work with injuries on more than one occasion it emerges that he's stuck in an abusive relationship with his girlfriend, Lucy. Will Connie be able to help him out, and will they realise the love they share? I have written this story to show that Men can be the victims too, and that the pressure put on them to seem strong is unreasonable.

COMPLETED! // Connie can not quite come to terms with what has happened in the last 24 hours... How will she cope with her daughter and partner not knowing what she has dealt with? How will she tell them news that could change them forever. Is Connie going to take the risk of shattering the heart of someone who means so much?

Inspired by Me Before You, which is a fantastic film if you haven't watched and I highly recommend. Jacob finds himself paralysed Connie finds herself in need of a new job, how will her simple life, in a simple town change?

Connie is in a bad situation, along with three year old Grace. No one in the ED has any idea. When a new nurse starts at Holby, will She confide in him? Will things be smooth running? Will She be saved? How will her life move forward?

"Daddy, who's that?" Isabelle asked her father as she held his hand, Jacob smiled looking to his daughter, "That's Ms.Beauchamp." "Who's that?" "She runs the department." "She has pretty shoes and hair." Isabelle giggled, Jacob watched as she strolled past, the pair sharing a fleeting glance. "Will you tell her I said that?" "Course I will." He grinned as Elle came over kissing him before lifting their daughter, "Sorry it took so long." She commented, "Don't worry about it, I'll see you later." He smiled kissing Isabelle's cheek before getting on with his shift.

About how the bond grows between the team. And the love shown.

A story that explores Connie and Jacob's relationship as a married couple, with Grace and their four year old son Jay. It doesn't correspond with the current BBC storyline, so I guess it could be considered AU. I suck at summaries, but if you love Jacob and Connie I think you'll enjoy this.
